All assessments are conducted by registered healthcare professionals with experience in geriatric care and health promotion. Our team is fully qualified, insured, and DBS checked.
Yes, we welcome family members or carers to be present during the assessment. This can be helpful for providing additional information and for discussing recommendations together.
You will receive your HISAW Assessment + Action Plan (including a detailed written report with immediate, 30-day and 12-month action steps) within 5-7 working days of your visit. It will be sent securely to your preferred email or postal address.
